The work is always delivered at the expense of the buyer. When making a purchase, you need to select your country from the list of countries on a separate product page in order to calculate and add shipping costs. Artists usually ship within 7 days of receiving payment. However, shipping and delivery times are approximate and neither we nor the artists are responsible for late delivery or missing artwork.

If for some reason the artist is unable to ship the exact piece you ordered, we will refund the price paid for that item or offer you an alternative item.

You are responsible for accurate delivery information and for arranging the delivery of artwork.

If you have not agreed on delivery and delivery is attempted, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. All items are shipped by registered (signed) delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt.

When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to carefully inspect both the packaging (prior to opening) and the artwork for damage. If there is any damage or the package shows signs of damage before it was opened, we strongly recommend that you sign the package as "Received Damaged" and write to us at

The site brings together buyers and artists from all over the world. This applies if you are buying from an Artist who is located in a country that is either not your country of residence and/or where you want your work to be shipped - we call this international sales.

In addition to the actual purchase price of the artwork, you will be solely and entirely responsible for any and all taxes/duties, fees, liabilities, handling fees, shipping charges, insurance that may arise or apply to your order and delivery. This means that the Artists are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of shipping the artwork to you. For international sales, we recommend that you remember to highlight

Consumer rights to return

Consumer law means that Consumers (persons who buy wholly or primarily outside of their trade, business, craft or profession) who buy at a distance (for example, through a website) have the right to cancel certain purchase orders. If applicable, you generally have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind, cancel the order and, if applicable, return the items to the artist for a refund. All performers (sellers) undertake to respect your rights.

If you would like to return your order, please confirm this in writing by emailing us at within 14 days of the date you received your order. Then we will help you with information about the return method.

The work must be returned unused and in excellent condition with original packaging within 14 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation, at your expense, to the Artist, using the mailing address we provide. We always advise you to return a work of art using a service that provides you with proof of shipment (for example, you provide us with proof of sending us an image by providing us

Tracking number). We ask you to securely repack the artwork in its original packaging, remove all shipping labels and print the address that we will email you on behalf of the Artist and attach to the package

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay. Please be aware that some payment methods mean it may take up to 7 days for a refund to be returned to your account.

Problems with your order and returns

In the event of a problem with your order, such as receiving or missing the wrong piece of art, please email us at within 14 days of receiving the piece of art. Once you contact us on behalf of the Artist, we will assist you by liaising between Buyers and Artists to resolve any issues.
